Returns and exchanges
At Meriboo, we strive to fulfill every order with care and attention. If you decide a product isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. For your first order, we also offer a free size exchange.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Fill out the form below. You only need your order number and the phone number you provided when placing your order. The form will automatically check whether you’re eligible for a free exchange.
Please do not send the package before you receive our email confirmation with the return label or address — otherwise, it may get lost or returned to you.
A team member will review your request, and you’ll receive an email response within 1–4 business days. If you have any other questions, email us at hello@meriboo.com.
Return conditions
- The product must have only been tried on and be in resalable condition
- Must be returned with the original packaging and labels
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- Free size exchanges are available on your first order — in that case, we cover the shipping costs
- Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt
- A product that has already been replaced is not eligible for another replacement
Claims
If you received a defective product, we’ll replace it completely free of charge, including return shipping costs.
Submit it using the same form above — select “Defective product claim,” describe the problem in detail, and attach a photo.
Important:
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
When a claim will not be accepted:
- Following mechanical damage or unauthorized alterations
- Due to improper care or wear from use
- Damage caused by external factors – hair dryers, heating appliances, etc.
- Fading or deformation caused by water and natural dyes
- When using wool products, small pills may form on the surface, and individual wool fibers may naturally come loose. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Wool is a natural material, and friction between layers can sometimes cause small pills to form on the surface. This is called pilling and is a completely natural process for fine fibers, especially merino wool. It is also normal for individual fibers to come loose during the first few wears.
This is not a defect, but a natural reaction of high-quality wool that stabilizes over time. Simply remove any pills from time to time with a special comb or fabric shaver, and the garment will look like new.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product. If you paid by card, the refund will be issued to the same card. We ask for your IBAN just in case, so we don't have to contact you again.
Additional information
Products made from natural wool may have a distinctive smell. If the smell bothers you, we recommend airing the product in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
