Order your voucher on meriboo.com just like any other product, with delivery to you or directly to the recipient.
We send it
We handwrite the unique code and expiration date, then send the paper voucher by courier. If you leave a message in the order notes, we’ll write that too.
Mom chooses
At checkout on meriboo.com, enter the code in the “Discount code or gift card” field and the amount will be deducted automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Can the voucher be used in multiple transactions?
Yes. If the order total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the same code for your next purchase, until it expires.
What if the order total is more than the voucher value?
You can pay the difference using any of the payment methods available on the website.
How long is it valid for?
12 months from the date of issue. The exact date is shown on the voucher (“Valid until” field).
How can I check the remaining balance?
You can see the balance when you enter the code at checkout. You can also message us at hello@meriboo.com – we’ll get back to you right away.
Do promo codes apply when buying a voucher?
No. Promo codes and discounts don’t apply to gift vouchers. If you enter a promo code when ordering a voucher, the discount will be removed and we’ll contact you to collect the difference before shipping.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient’s delivery address, then add their name and your message in the order notes. We’ll write them on the voucher.
What should I do if I lose the voucher?
Write to us at hello@meriboo.com with the order number. If the code hasn't been used yet, we'll be happy to help.
What if the gift doesn't fit?
Products purchased with a voucher can be returned or exchanged under the same terms as any other order. If a product is returned, the amount will be refunded to the voucher. See Returns and Exchanges.
Voucher terms of use
- The MeriBoo gift voucher is a paper voucher with a unique code and a face value in euros. It can be used to purchase any products on meriboo.com.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After it expires, any unused balance can no longer be used.
- The voucher can be used in one transaction or in installments until its value is used up.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance will not be paid out in cash.
- If the order total exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.
- A gift voucher cannot be purchased using another voucher.
- Promo codes and discounts cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher. If a promo code is applied to the order, the voucher discount will be removed, and the difference must be paid before dispatch.
- If a product paid for wholly or partly with a voucher is returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the voucher.
- An unused voucher purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.
- The voucher is bearer-based - anyone with the code can use it. Keep the code as carefully as you would keep cash. MeriBoo is not responsible for a lost code or one used by a third party.
