Returns and exchanges
At Meriboo, we strive to fulfill every order with care and attention. If you nevertheless decide that a product is not suitable for you, we offer a 14-day period for returns or exchanges, and for your first order, we provide a free size exchange.
How do I return or exchange a product?
Complete the form below. You only need your order number and the phone number you provided when placing the order. The form will automatically determine whether you are eligible for a free exchange.
Please do not send the parcel before receiving our confirmation by email with the return label or address - otherwise, it may be lost or returned to you.
A colleague will review your request, and you will receive a reply by email within 1-4 business days. If you have any other questions, email us at hello@meriboo.com.
Return conditions
- The product must only have been tried on and must be in saleable condition
- It must be returned with its original packaging and tags
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- A free size exchange applies to your first order - in that case, shipping is paid by us
- Refunds are issued by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt
- A product that has already been exchanged is not eligible for another exchange
Claims
If you have received a defective product, we will replace it completely free of charge, including return shipping costs.
Submit your claim through the same form above - select “Claim (defective product)”, describe the problem in detail, and attach a photo.
Important:
The claim must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
When a claim is not accepted:
- Following mechanical damage or unauthorized intervention
- In cases of improper care or wear resulting from use
- Problems caused by external factors - hair dryers, heating appliances, and others
- Fading or deformation caused by water and natural dyes
- When using wool products, small fiber pills may form on the surface, and individual wool fibers may naturally come loose. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Wool is a natural material, and friction between layers can sometimes cause small pills to form on the surface - this is called pilling and is a completely natural process for fine fibers, especially merino wool. It is also normal for individual fibers to come loose during the first few wears.
This is not a defect, but a natural reaction of high-quality wool that stabilizes over time. Simply remove the pills occasionally with a special comb or fabric shaver, and the garment will remain like new.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product. If you paid by card, the funds will be returned to the same card. We request your IBAN as a precaution, so we do not need to contact you again.
Additional information
Products made from natural wool may have a distinct smell. If this smell bothers you in any way, we recommend airing the product in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
