6. Delivery
Art. 23(1) The Consumer may choose whether the goods are delivered to an address specified by them or to a courier’s office. Products are delivered only to regular postal addresses within Bulgaria.
(2) Goods may also be delivered to a so-called "collective" address (for example, an address in an office building, school, kindergarten, etc.). In this case, the Consumer acknowledges that the order is considered delivered upon actual handover at the collective address provided in their order, even if the goods may be received by a third party.
(3) The transfer of risk to the Consumer takes place upon handover, so it is important that the Consumer takes all measures to ensure receipt of their order at such an address.
Article 24 Delivery takes 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise stated on the product page for the selected goods at the time of ordering. The Consumer will be automatically notified that their order has been dispatched by email or phone.
Article 25 If the Supplier is unable to fulfill the contract because the ordered goods are unavailable, the Supplier must notify the Consumer and refund the amounts paid.
Article 26 Delivery is carried out by a courier company, and the Consumer is responsible for the delivery costs, unless these Terms provide otherwise.
Article 27 (1) If the Consumer is absent at the time of delivery, they will be contacted again in accordance with the relevant courier's rules. If delivery is not completed within 10 business days, the product will be returned to the Supplier.
(2) The Supplier will attempt to contact the Consumer. If the Consumer does not respond within 7 business days, they will be deemed to have refused the order.
7. Right to return goods
Article 28 (1) The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the goods are received by the Supplier, without owing compensation or a penalty and without giving a reason, unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page for the selected goods at the time of ordering.
(2) The Consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
(3) The Consumer shall clearly and unambiguously notify the Supplier of their wish to withdraw from the contract or exchange an item by completing the standard withdrawal form in one of the following ways:
- by post to the address: 22 Hristo Konkilev St., Gabrovo
- by email to hello@meriboo.com
Article 29 (1) The Supplier shall refund all amounts received from the Consumer, excluding courier costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the goods are received by the Supplier.
(2) The Supplier shall refund the amounts received using the same payment method the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly requested the use of a different payment method and provided this does not incur any costs for the Consumer.
Article 30 Instead of a refund, the Consumer has the right to request an exchange for a different size or item listed in their original order.
Art. 31 The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
Art. 32(1) The Consumer undertakes to return the goods in a condition that allows them to be resold, unless unpacking the goods obviously damages their commercial appearance, including, but not limited to, a destructible box, hermetically sealed packaging and similar cases.
(2) If the goods have lost their commercial appearance, the Supplier may, at its discretion, refuse to accept the withdrawal from the contract or charge the Consumer the cost of restoring the goods to their commercial appearance. This rule applies when the goods have diminished in value because they were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
(3) Upon receipt of goods for which the right of withdrawal under this article has been exercised, the Supplier shall inspect the goods and may refuse to accept them if it finds that the returned goods differ from those delivered to the Consumer.
8. Legal and commercial guarantee
Legal guarantee
Art. 33(1) The Supplier reminds the Consumer of the legal guarantee provided for in the Consumer Protection Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods.
(2) The legal guarantee requires the Supplier, for up to two years from delivery of the goods, to guarantee that it has sold an item that conformed to the description in the sales contract. The two-year period starts on the day the Consumer receives the delivery.
Art. 34 Under the legal guarantee, if the goods do not meet the individual requirements for conformity with the contract or the objective requirements for conformity, the Consumer has the right to: - make a complaint and request that the seller bring the goods into conformity;
- to receive a proportionate reduction in the price;
to terminate the contract.
Art. 35 When making a complaint, the Consumer has the right to request that the goods be brought into conformity with the contract and may choose whether this is done by repairing or replacing the goods. The Supplier may refuse to bring the goods into conformity if repair and replacement are impossible for the Supplier or would involve disproportionately high costs, taking into account all the circumstances of the specific case, including the value the goods would have if there were no lack of conformity, the significance of the nonconformity, and whether the other remedy available to the Consumer could be provided without significant inconvenience to the Consumer.
Art. 36 The Consumer has the right to request a proportionate reduction in the price or to terminate the sales contract when:
The Supplier has not repaired or replaced the goods, or has refused to bring them into conformity with the contract.
a nonconformity occurred despite the Supplier’s efforts to bring the goods into conformity;
the lack of conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination of the sales contract, or
The Supplier has stated, or it is clear from the circumstances, that they will not bring the goods into conformity within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
Art. 37(1) The consumer has no right to terminate the contract if the lack of conformity is minor. The burden of proof as to whether the lack of conformity is minor rests with the consumer.
(2) The consumer has the right to withhold payment of any remaining part of the price or a portion of the price until the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations to bring the goods into conformity.
(3) If the consumer has chosen a price reduction, the price shall be reduced in proportion to the difference between the value of the goods received by the consumer and the value the goods would have had if they had been conforming.
Art. 38(1) The consumer exercises the right to terminate the contract by sending the Supplier a statement notifying them of the decision to terminate the sales contract. Where the lack of conformity relates only to some of the goods delivered under the sales contract, and there are grounds for terminating the contract, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract only in respect of those non-conforming goods, as well as any other goods acquired together with the non-conforming goods, if the consumer cannot reasonably be expected to agree to keep only the conforming goods.
(2) Where the consumer terminates the sales contract in whole or in part, solely in respect of some of the goods delivered under the sales contract, the consumer shall return those goods to the Supplier without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer informed the Supplier of their decision to terminate the sales contract. The deadline is met if the consumer has returned or sent the goods back to the Supplier before the 14-day period expires.
(3) The Supplier shall reimburse the consumer for the price paid for the goods after receiving them or after the consumer provides proof that they have been sent to the Supplier. The Supplier must reimburse the amounts received using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to use a different means of payment, provided that this does not incur any costs for the consumer.
Art. 39 The statutory guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be provided.
Commercial guarantee
Art. 40(1) Some goods sold through the Website may also be covered by a commercial guarantee, the duration of which is stated on the product page for the relevant goods.
(2) If the goods are covered by a commercial warranty, the User will receive a warranty card no later than when receiving their order, stating the terms of the commercial warranty, its fulfillment, duration and territorial scope, as well as the guarantor's name and address. The warranty terms of the relevant manufacturer or authorized service centers apply to all goods. Only the original warranty cards issued with the goods are valid at service centers.
Art. 41 The warranty is void in the following cases:

- when using poor-quality and non-original consumable materials.
- as a result of force majeure circumstances.
