Created for truly cold days - a thick, fluffy and exceptionally warm winter layer made from merino wool.
Merino fleece is different from the synthetic fleece we usually associate with the word “fleece”. It is a dense and soft merino wool fabric with a fluffy structure that traps air between the fibers and creates a natural insulating layer around the body.
The fabric is very thick and warm, making it suitable for cold winter days and even the lowest temperatures, when your baby needs extra protection outdoors.
And despite its thickness, it is still merino wool - a natural material with excellent thermoregulating properties that helps maintain a comfortable temperature without the feeling of heavy layering.
Designed for winter down to the smallest detail
- Adjustable hood with drawstrings - it can be tightened around the head for better protection in cold and windy weather.
- Fold-over cuffs - they allow little hands to be fully tucked in and protected when temperatures drop.
- Fold-over foot covers - for extra warmth without the need for another layer over the feet.
- Diagonal zipper - makes dressing and undressing easier and everyday life with a little baby a bit simpler.
- Hood with little ears - a small detail that turns this practical winter bunting into a true MeriBoo teddy bear.
The design allows the hands and feet to be fully covered in colder weather, while keeping them free when extra protection is not needed.

Yes, all of our products are made from 100% merino wool, which is hypoallergenic and extremely gentle for the youngest babies.

Merino wool has a natural ability to protect the skin from the sun's UV rays. Its fine fibers absorb, scatter, and weaken some of the rays before they reach the skin.
UPF 30 ≈ 96–97% UV protection
This means that only a small portion of UV rays pass through the fabric.
